About Hashdex 

Hashex was founded in 2018, with the mission of being the link between traditional financial markets and digital assets. We develop safe, simple and regulated products. In 2021, we launched the first crypto ETF in the world (BSX, Bermuda Exchange) that replicates the NCI , an index we co created with Nasdaq. The same year we also raised U$ 26 millions through venture capital firms such as  Valor Capital, Softbank and Coinbase Ventures.

Hashdex blends elements from both digital and financial markets. Different from a traditional asset manager, we think in growing fast through clients who want to be inserted in crypto’s investment funds.

We want to be referenced in Brazil and in the world when the subject is regulatory crypto investments and today, we are increasingly gaining the market with our products. Generating more content to carry on to our clients and partners to enhance our decision making inside the investment market.

UX/UI Designer at Hashdex 

As a UX/UI Designer at Hashdex, you’ll partner with all functions across the company to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging. We’re looking for a futuristic and versatile creative who is also an avid listener, a critical thinker, and a problem solver. You will enhance end-to-end experiences across multiple platforms and help redefine the future of financial markets.

Responsibilities 

• Stay connected with teams from different areas to understand the past, build the present, and anticipate future demands
• Propose brand developments for diferent types of media
• Design coherent navigation flows and aligns narrative with the Marketing and Content team
• Design and produce digital interfaces and their visual elements
• Create a strong synergy with the Marketing tand Technology teams to constantly elevate Hashdex's branding
• Run research with users regarding usability tests, A/B testing and focus groups
• Support the design process to ensure consistency of identity in any environment

What we are looking for 

• 5+ years of experience working as a UX and UI Designer.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• A design portfolio with a proven track record of strategic, conceptual, and creative thinking
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems 
• Illustration 3D is a plus
• Passion for a user-centered design process
• Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
