REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent in English (we are a global company).
• Minimum of 3 years experience being integral part of a scaled agile organization as (senior) agile coach or other similar role.
• Experience with Discovery techniques (Design Sprint, etc).
• Proven experience with agile transformation.
• Experience developing metrics and using them to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in organizational development and change management, striving to increase business agility.
• Experience facilitating large and small group sessions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Spanish Intermediate level.
• Experience with teams topologies.
• Experience with OKR implementation.
• Knowledge in AgileEVM.
• Previous experience with people management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence and Miro.

Location:

São Paulo or Porto Alegre (hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and facilitate planning across multiple agile teams, drive execution, and optimize the overall flow of delivery.
• Support ideation by leading discovery sessions.
• Drive agility and improvement by managing risks and dependencies, and escalating impediments to ensure value delivery.
• Monitor teams performance progress using key metrics, recommend and apply adjustments.
• Promote collaboration between team members by coaching at tactical and strategical levels.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture, identifying needs and opportunities regarding our processes and operating model.
• Apply and monitor our agile maturity model, with the objective of evolving our teams towards adopting the operating model, in addition to developing, monitoring, and presenting action plans together with teams and leadership.
• Identify learning needs, getting to know the public to offer the best learning format and, if necessary, conduct trainings.
• Mentor and provide technical feedback to Team Agilists.
