Descrição:
- Degree in engineering, administration, law or related;
- Fluent English;
- Background in complexes industrial environments;
- Negotiation skills;
- Willingness to go on business trips regularly.
Understand, organize, systematize and process inputs from agreed contractual deliverables and milestones from the Programs suppliers;
Contract management: service, parts and equipment providers deliverables and milestones, payments, documents, claims, penalties, price adjustment, risk management, recovery plans, amendments, engineering changes, warranties, financial guarantees and product support;
Creation and administration of Purchasing and Procurement related documents in SAP, following companys policy and Customers contractual related specifications;
Manage events and follow-up meetings with Suppliers and Customers officials domestic and/or international travelling may be required;
Manage the overall Supplier Management Processes, creating specific material to support status reports, approval processes and decision level internal and external meetings and presentations;
Financial analysis applied on price comparison methods (ex: present value), indexation, price adjustment, escalation and inflation, as applicable;
Ensure appropriate Projects and Cost Structures related references allocation to the Purchasing documents issued in SAP;
Contribution to process improvement and cost reduction initiatives, creation, registration and administration of official processs specific procedures;
Build, improve and manage KPIs as applicable;
Participate from auditing processes, mainly by Process Certification Entities and by the Customer;
Develop and implement methods of keeping the appropriate historical information related to your processes and suppliers; and
Manage all official documents generated from your related processes as per Projects and Customers requirements.
