Duties and Responsibilities

Mapping of market data, competitor actions and sales channel dynamics.

Market segmentation and understanding of the consumer profile.

Strong interaction with the end user to understand the product perception and specific product development and communication needs.

Segment the market and seek appropriate forms of market research and voice of customer for product idealization, market analysis and opportunities survey.

Product training for the internal Marketing and Sales team

Competitor monitoring and market intelligence to define growth strategies.

Lead the development, review and implementation of the portfolio strategy, aiming to generate growth, image building and profitability.

Define the strategic role of each launch, address the needs of the personas in different consumption occasions.

Create product launch strategy, as well as the innovation agenda, aligned with the internal team and related areas.

Responsible for managing the entire current portfolio + launches of the categories under his responsibility.

Responsible for leading the cross-functional team, including product, product development and packaging development.

Responsible for analyzing the performance of the current portfolio, deciding what to keep and what to leave the portfolio and communicating to related areas.
